What is Hospital Indemnity Insurance?

Supplemental coverage that helps offset costs associated with hospital stays, whether for planned or unplanned reasons. Payments made directly to you and benefits do not offset with medical insurance.

Plan Rules:

Eligibility: Eligible employees as described on page 1 of this guide, spouse, and dependent children* (up to age 26)
Coverage through MetLife
Employee must be actively at work on the effective date
Routine childbirth and complications from pregnancy are covered
No Health Questions Every Year!
